Don’t back down, Burlington!

American people have the right of public assembly under the Constitution. You become dangerous to the meaning and action of a democracy by revising enacting your little Nazi ordinance code, notwithstanding the writing of the "word" Constitution into said revised ordinance. 

It appears whoever is doing the revising of these city codes does not know, or worse yet, does not care to maintain the rights enshrined in our Constitution. Not knowing and not caring are both reprehensible and unacceptable.
